Priyanka Dhar French

Priyanka French is the Winemaker at Ghost Block Estate Wines, where she brings a fresh vision rooted in sustainability, precision, and respect for Napa Valley’s terroir.

A graduate of the University of California, Davis with a Master’s degree in Viticulture and Enology, Priyanka has honed her craft in renowned wine regions across the world, including Bordeaux, Burgundy, and New Zealand, before returning to Napa Valley to focus on estate-driven wines. Her approach emphasizes authenticity in expression, letting the character of each vineyard speak clearly through the wines.

At Ghost Block, she leads the production of single-vineyard Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Zinfandel sourced from the family’s organically farmed vineyards in Yountville and Oakville. Guided by a multi-generational legacy and a deep connection to the land, Priyanka is dedicated to crafting wines of elegance, balance, and distinction that honor both heritage and innovation.
